what do you have on meigs county as far as rates

I just reviewed your prices. I am on the front lines dealing with all of the cos. who are currently actively leasing in 10 of the listed counties. Carroll and Harrison are at $5300 and dropping, Columbiana is now at $3250, Guernsey is at $5,000 with a producer friendly lease, Tuscarawas is at $4,000 if you can find the producer who is leasing. Very little leasing in most other counties at the moment. Prices have droppe considerably.

Shell just reneged on dozens of signed leases in Guernsey County in the Senecaville Area

the only way a company could renege on a lease is if you were foolish enough to let them record before you had $ in hand!

A company would be foolish not to record the lease ASAP after execution as Ohio is a “Race to the Courthouse” State…

Does anyone know what is going on in Stark County, as the media is stating that Stark County is the new sweet spot (play area)in Ohio. Why are the lease bonus still on the low side compaired to the rest of the counties. Thanks.

This township is VERY close to noble cty that get $4K and 20% easy.

Your current offers for Noble and Guernsey County are incorrect. I represent landowners that are getting $5500 per acre and 20% gross in Guernsey County and I got my landowners $5250 and 20% gross in Noble County.

What about Licking co. any news on activity?
